Capacity between sessions

Recovery is part of the training plan

Sleep, stress, food, mobility, and lighter days influence how well a body can adapt.

Start with observation

Recovery advice becomes more useful when it begins with a pattern. Notice whether sleep is shortened, whether soreness changes movement, and whether ordinary effort feels unusually high. A short written note can be more helpful than a complicated scoring system.

Persistent fatigue, pain, dizziness, or other concerning changes deserve qualified medical attention.

A practical reset

  1. Reduce intensity when signals remain unusual for several days.
  2. Eat regular meals and drink according to climate and activity.
  3. Keep gentle movement available without using it as punishment.
  4. Return to harder work gradually and observe the next response.

Recovery is not inactivity

It is the collection of choices that make future movement possible. In a busy city such as Jakarta, that can include a shorter session, a walk between meetings, or a deliberate bedtime routine.
